Mrs. Somto-Chima

Mrs. Somto-Chima is an experienced Fellow with the Association of chartered Certified accountants and has eighteen years international experience in the public and private sectors. Her key skills are communications solutions, content creation, project management, change management, disaster recovery / risk and impact analysis, customer journey experience, gap analysis, business process re- engineering, business strategy, branding, and corporate re-imagining.

She has run projects in the United Kingdom, Rwanda, Egypt, Kenya, South Africa, and Nigeria. She attained directorial level within the NHS

(National Health Service in the United Kingdom)

where she worked on the transformation of the NHS to make it more economically viable managing budgets of £150M+.

Sandra has a strong flare for developing purposeful campaigns. Through her superb communication skills, she has successfully gotten clients, business partners, and colleagues to buy into organizations ideas. In Nigeria, she has worked with McKinsey Nigeria around the power sector stakeholder’s forum with the Federal Ministry of Power and worked on the MYTO with the power distribution companies. She has a first-degree BA Hons in Accounting and Finance from North London Business school. She is currently the managing consultant for Tefan Limited.

Mr. Sunday Adebayo Babalola

Highly proficient in Computer Software, Reservoir Engineering,
Economic Evaluation, Project Management, Policy Formulation, Policy
Management, Regulation and Control. Grew to the highest carrier level in the
Department of Petroleum Resources. Managing resources in Upstream and Gas
Divisions as well as Head, Basins Assessment and Lease Administration, Office
of the Director.

Head, East Area Projects (This covers Managing Oil Operations
in six States east in the Niger Delta).
As head, Gas Exploration and Production, I develop and carry out periodic
review/ updates of DPR Procedure Guidelines for facility development projects
and DPR monitoring mandate. while at DPR I managed so many projects and
chaired many committees and has Membership of Nigerian Society of Engineers,
(NSE), Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationist, (NAPE) and Society of
Petroleum Engineers, (SPE).

Omoke Enyi

Omoke is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He was educated at the University of Lagos where he obtained a B.Sc. (Hon.) degree in Business Administration. He also holds an MBA from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and an M.Sc. degree in International Business and Emerging Markets from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.

Omoke has had a rewarding professional career spanning over 30 years in audit/compliance,

consulting, financial services, banking and aviation and has demonstrable competencies in budgetary control, cash flow optimisation, and risk/change management.

Between April 2014 and August 2015, while working as Chief Executive Officer of Aeronetworks Limited, Omoke was a member of the Advisory team to the Honourable Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban Development on Finance and Public Private Partnership.

Offiong Archibong-Anyanwu

MBA, FIMC, CIPM, NIM, CMC

Ms. Offiong is a dynamic and results-driven Strategy Adviser with over twenty-seven years of
work experience including over a decade of extensive senior management advisory experience
in UK-DFID funded interventions. She has consistently demonstrated a proven capability for
outstanding delivery through leveraging institutional memory, competence, extensive
experience, leadership and teamwork.
As a result, she has supported not only the Centre of government but also various Ministries,
Departments and Agencies (MDA’s) and Parastatals that are critical to the optimal attainment
of the Government’s key goals and priorities.

She was part of the Power team in the Bureau of Public Enterprises that designed and
implemented the privatization

programme that ushered in private sector participation in the
generation and distribution of electricity in Nigeria.

Offiong led the strategy team that just conducted and implemented the Sector wide assessment
of the key agencies in the power sector that are required for not only appropriate coordination
of the sector and efficient management of the electricity market, but also the management of a
more bilaterally advanced electricity market.

She is the Chief Executive Officer of STRANSFORM, a Strategy Consulting Firm that
supports strategy, reform, transformation and process re-engineering initiatives in the Nigerian
Public Service, sub-national governments and sub-Saharan Africa.

As a result of her transferable skills and professional experience, she has functioned in the
capacity of Member / Adviser on various Federal Government committees .
